1. What should I expect from the Cloud Swing Dreams experience?

Cloud Swing Dreams is a playful and imaginative installation of cloud-shaped swings. The swings offer a unique chance to experience the sensation of floating, surrounded by mesmerising lights, creating a magical, dreamlike setting.

2. Are there any height or weight restrictions for the swings?

Yes, for safety, there is a maximum weight limit of 200 kg per swing. There are no height restrictions, but guests are encouraged to sit comfortably and securely.

3. Can children use the swings independently?

Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult supervision for safety.

4. Do I need to queue for the Cloud Swings?

During peak hours, visitors are encouraged to limit to 5-minutes of swing time. Our staff will manage the line to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

5. Can I take photos on the Cloud Swings?

Absolutely! We encourage guests to capture their moments. However, please ensure you’re seated safely and refrain from standing or squatting on the swings.

6. Is the Cloud Swing Dreams experience suitable for all weather conditions?

For safety, the swings will be temporarily closed during heavy rain or strong winds. Regular operation will resume as soon as weather permits.

7. What are the best times to experience Cloud Swing Dreams?

While the swings are available all day, we recommend visiting between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm when the lighting effects create a truly magical ambiance.

8. Is there a limit to everyone’s play time?

To ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the Cloud Swing Dreams experience, we kindly ask visitors to limit their time on the swings to 5 minutes, especially during peak times. This allows more guests to experience the magic of the installation without extended waiting times. Thank you for your consideration!

Flight of Wishes

1. What materials are provided in the kite-making workshop?

Each participant receives a kite-making kit, including a blank kite, coloured markers, and decorative items to personalise their kite. Staff assistance and guidance are available throughout the workshop.

2. Can I bring my own kite to fly during the Flight of Wishes event?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own kite to fly in the dedicated Kite-Flying Zone. However, only kites crafted in the workshop are eligible for the personalised kite-making activity.

3. Can I buy a kite on-site instead of making one?

Yes, our kite purchase zone offers a selection of ready-to-fly kites. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to daily stock levels.

4. Is there a time limit for each workshop session?

Yes, each session is designed to last approximately 15 minutes to allow everyone a chance to participate. There are seven sessions available each day.

5. Are advance reservations required for the workshop?

Workshop slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we recommend arriving early to secure a spot, especially during weekends.

6. Can multiple family members participate in a single kite-making session?

Yes, each family member can participate, though we limit each session to 15 participants for optimal interaction and assistance.

7. Will my kite be able to fly even if there’s minimal wind?

Our staff will provide guidance to help you achieve the best flight conditions. However, larger kite displays depend on favorable wind conditions.

8. What happens in case of rain or poor weather conditions?

In case of inclement weather, kite-flying may be suspended, but guests are welcome to enjoy the kite-making activity within the sheltered area.

9. Is there an additional fee for the kite-making workshop?

Participation in the Flight of Wishes workshop is complimentary, and all materials are provided free of charge.

10. Can I take away the kite I made after the event?

Yes, participants can take the kite away. Alternatively, they can also leave the kite on the site. We will select some of the outstanding ones to exhibit on the site.

The Cloud Nine Wonders

1. What can I expect to see at The Cloud Nine Wonders?

The Cloud Nine Wonders features enormous floating inflatables that are illuminated during two nightly light shows every weekend. These inflatables create a surreal, dreamy landscape that enhances the beauty of the natural beach surroundings.

2. What time are the light shows?

Light shows take place every Saturday and Sunday at 8:15 pm and 9:15 pm, with each show lasting approximately 15 minutes.

3. Is there seating available for viewing the shows?

This is an open-space experience, and guests are encouraged to find a comfortable spot on the beach for viewing. You may bring your own beach mat or portable seating.

4. Are there any photography or video restrictions during the shows?

Photography and videography are permitted, but we kindly ask that guests refrain from using flash to maintain the immersive atmosphere.

5. Are pets allowed at The Cloud Nine Wonders?

Pets are allowed on Palawan Beach, provided they are on a leash. Please ensure your pet does not disturb other guests.

6. What happens in the event of rain?

The light shows may be postponed or cancelled in the event of adverse weather. Updates will be provided on our social media channels if there are changes due to weather conditions.

7. Is there a designated area to interact with the inflatables?

The inflatables are suspended above, creating a skyward spectacle. Guests are encouraged to view and photograph them from designated areas on the beach for safety reasons.

8. Is there a fee to attend The Cloud Nine Wonders?

The Cloud Nine Wonders experience, including the light shows, is complimentary for all guests.

9. How early should I arrive to secure a good viewing spot?

Arriving 15–30 minutes before showtime is recommended, especially during peak times, to secure a comfortable spot on the beach.

10. Will there be inflatable balloons in the air during non-performance hours?

For safety reasons, inflatable balloons will not be in the air and the performance area will be closed to the public before 7pm on weekdays and weekends.

11. When does the inflatable light come on and when does it end?

The lights will be on during 7pm to 10pm on weekends.
